Do I get instant access to everything?

Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Nope. You can cancel anytime right from your account dashboard, and you’ll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What's the refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. PLUS is priced to be accessible, and the massive library of resources is designed to deliver value from day one. If you’re on the fence, give it a go for a month – and you can upgrade to the annual plan pro-rata anytime. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal under your account settings!
How is this different from the old Accelerator program?
Our Accelerator program was powerful, but its primary focus was YouTube Growth – which wasn’t right for everyone who follows Primal Video for video tech, tools, editing, and AI.
With PLUS, we built something different. We believe long-form courses are dead. We haven’t completed a full online course in years – when we need to learn something, we jump in, get exactly what we need to implement, and move fast to get results.
That’s how PLUS works. Instead of watching hours of training, you ask JustinAI your specific question, access extended tutorials, and use ready-made workflows. The full Accelerator archive is included as searchable reference material – it’s all there if you want deep context, but you can get straight to your answer and start implementing much faster.
Will JustinAI have the answer to my question?
JustinAI is trained on all our PLUS masterclasses, workflows, the full Accelerator archive, and our latest YouTube videos. It covers editing software, equipment, YouTube strategy, monetization, and more.
If your question falls outside our content areas, you can submit it for the monthly PLUS AMA where Justin answers as many member questions as possible. Those answers then get added to JustinAI’s training.
Is this just for beginners?
Not at all. PLUS works whether you’re just starting out or you’re an experienced creator. The landscape is changing faster than ever – new AI tools, software updates, equipment releases. PLUS helps you stay current without the time investment. Many of our members are professionals who rejoin specifically because they don’t have time to keep up with every update.
