1. Membership Overview
Primal Video PLUS ("PLUS") is a paid membership that provides access to additional resources, tools, and community features beyond our free content. These Member Terms govern your use of the PLUS membership and supplement our general Terms of Use.
2. Subscription and Billing
PLUS membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis:
- Membership is billed at the rate displayed at the time of purchase (currently $19/month)
- Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
3. Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for new members. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid membership at the standard rate.
Free trial eligibility is limited to one trial per person. We reserve the right to revoke trial access if we determine a user has previously used a trial.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your PLUS membership at any time:
- Cancel through your account settings or by contacting support
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to PLUS content until your current period expires
- We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods
5. Membership Content and Access
Your PLUS membership provides access to:
- Exclusive resources, templates, and tools
- JustinAI (our custom AI assistant)
- Community features and member discussions
- Additional perks as we add them over time
Membership content is for your personal use only. You may not share, redistribute, resell, or provide access to membership content to non-members.
6. Acceptable Use
As a PLUS member, you agree to:
- Use the membership for personal, non-commercial purposes (unless specifically permitted)
- Not share your login credentials with others
- Treat other community members with respect
- Not use automated tools to scrape or download membership content
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership access for violations of these terms, with or without notice.
7. Changes to Membership
We may modify PLUS features, content, pricing, or availability at any time. For pricing changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new rate takes effect on your next billing cycle.
If we discontinue the PLUS membership entirely, we will honor all active subscriptions through their current billing period.
